Madame Butter-loser

We've been going out to see shows a lot these days. Most of them are free, others ended up not that expensive thanks to G's office discount. The nice thing is that the shows we've been to were actually quite good. Well, except for La Perichole, an Operette by some famous guy.

Anyway, last night we went to another show, again for free. The poster looked good and the actress in it used to be a really famous tv personality. I should have taken it as a sign that most people lining up were oldies.

The show was h-o-r-r-i-b-l-e. It was a one woman show but it was not funny at all. Well, I laughed at some jokes but G almost fell asleep. The man behind us wanted to go out already and the two women with him were snickering the entire time! I wasn't even able to watch the last 5 minutes of the show coz the lighting effects were hurting my eyes. Who the heck thought that turning the lights on and off and on and off was a good idea?? I heard stories that that kind of effect and induce epilepsy in some people. Bad idea!

This time I was definitely glad we didn't pay anything to see this show!

free tickets. premiere category = 38 euros. not worth it.


it was nice and cozy inside the theater though. as you can see, the premiere seats were'nt really premiere at all.

G was supposed to get more tickets for one of our friends but after seeing the show, we decided against it. It was not worth it at all.

Hopefully Hair tomorrow will be better. (Even though it'll be in French)
